About Us
Founded in 1987, Atlas Watersystems, Inc. initially installed and serviced commercial and residential water purification and water filtration systems in Boston, Newton, Cambridge, Wellesley, Metrowest and surrounding Eastern Massachusetts communities. However, over the last 15 years, the service territory has significantly expanded to cover all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and parts of New York and New Jersey. We currently employ approximately 70 employees, install and service out of approximately 38 trucks and operate out of three locations, Waltham, MA, Middleton, MA and Littleton, MA.
We design, install and maintain water filtration systems for high purity and special applications, commercial drinking water, residential applications and food service. We are separated into distinct operating groups with specialists to optimize technical, installation and service expertise for specific customer needs in each group. With a unique blend of water technology experts, licensed plumbers, engineers and individuals with construction related backgrounds, we have built an organization capable of designing, installing and servicing systems in a truly creative and professional manner. We are constantly reviewing and testing new technologies in our industry and select those that we believe have merit for further in-house and field testing. Once proven, we make these new products available to our customers where appropriate.
Trained professionals are on call 24/7 to deal with maintenance issues and unforeseen problems. We are extremely serious about providing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations and we believe this has been the key to our success as an organization.
